To get healthy hair is not simple by only with what the brand of natural hair care products shampoo and conditioner you use, but also treatment do as a factor to get the healthy hair.
Don't use 2 in 1 natural hair care products
Why? Because shampoo and conditioners have they each function. Shampoo is to have one effect on your hair, while conditioner is supposed to do another and one application can not do both. Shampoo is opens the pores and clean up the dirt and pollutants whereas the conditioners are to filling them with clean moisture and protection. Both are important regardless of your hair type.
Don't just believe with the natural hair care products label, be careful with the products because some of them can leave a chemical buildup on your hair. Some brands will encase your hair follicles in a thin silicone coating, which may appear good at first, truly it will leaves your hair brittle and resistant to moisture.
You have to implements a balanced diet full of healthy, natural foods is absolutely essential. Don't eat fatty, greasy and very sweet food, the foods can lead toxic bodies and oily, if you want the best for your hair. When people (make) are weight, skinny or unhealthy, it can causes hair loses, thickness and also changes color. Because the circulation in your body is not stable, you need regularly exercise and drink plenty of water.
